Constitution

Membership of SBW is governed by its constitution. Members joining the Sydney Bush Walkers Inc agree to be bound by its constitution. A copy of the constitution may be found at SBW constitution

Payment Methods

Credit Card:

SBW uses Securepay as our preferred payment gateway. This ensure security whilst interacting with our site. You can use either Mastercard or Visa Credit Cards to purchase on our site. All purchases made are in AUD.

Paypal:

SBW supports payments via Paypal.  Paypal will allow you to make payments using Credit Card or via your Paypal account.  By selecting this payment option you will be redirected to the Paypal website during the payment process and then redirected back to the Xrev website upon completion.

 

Payment Refunds Policy 

 

Prospective Membership

Should you wish to cancel your prospective membership, SBW will offer a refund only if the following criteria are met within 5 business days of registration:

  1. You do not attend a Club led walk or other activities, and
  1. You must notify the Club of your cancellation request. Written notification must be via email to the New Members Secretary (newmembers@sbw.org.au) and Membership Secretary (membership@sbw.org.au)

SBW will refund the prospective membership fee within 7 business days upon receiving your cancellation request.  

 

Full Membership Renewals

There is no refund for full membership renewal except for overpayments over the relevant fee of each membership type. 

SBW will refund any overpayments within 7 business days upon receiving your cancellation request.
